Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced.

Hygiene Notice

Due to hygiene reasons, used undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process
